CAFE has over the last twenty plus years taken every opportunity to further the understanding of families in business. This effort has lead to strategic partnerships with other associations, University Centers and major financial institutions to assist families, build tools and resources and create a support infrastructure that has a broader impact than just our membership.
Direct contact with governments both provincial and federal continues unabated; however the core of our advocacy program is currently under review. Members should rest assured that staff and boards across the country are working tirelessly for the cause of Family business and during the coming year a full review of how CAFE should proceed with advocacy will be undertaken by the National team.
