The session will consider the elements of principled negotiation as well as provide strategies and tactics to enable us to differentiate between an individuals stated position and the underlying interests that are driving behaviour.

This course focuses on the softer issues faced by families and provides skills beneficial for those working in or with families. The course is led by qualified facilitators and is delivered over four days.

While this session is primarily aimed at existing PAG members, CAFE members who are considering joining a PAG will also gain a deeper insight into the makeup of a successful PAG and the immense benefits to be derived from active participation in a group.
