The teleconferences are free-of-charge, though each participant is responsible for paying their own long-distance phone charges. There will be in-country teleconference access phone numbers in the U.S. and in ten Western European countries. (Participants from other countries will need to call into the U.S. or Western Europe. Skype and similar services can be used to minimize costs.). Space is limited and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
