Future Leaders Program

CAFE is committed to equipping all family members in business together.  We are also aware that the future leader faces some unique challenges as they look to find the resources to develop themselves in preparing to embrace the leadership which will be entrusted to them.

Designed to complement the involvement with a CAFE Personal Advisory Group (PAG), the CAFE Future Leaders Program offers an opportunity for those who envision being the future leader of their family business to get together, in a facilitated forum, to examine and share ideas and issues as they relate to family business.
